Life and Humor

It takes about 10 minutes with me to realize that I have not lived a mundane, quiet type of life. Somewhere along the line I figured out that savoring the highs and not sinking into the lows required a serious sense of humor. Now, some consider me eccentric, others just plain crazy, but I'm thinking the key to life is to find the humor in every day.

So here's a random collection of amusements, milestones and uncategorized whatevers to share.

Our Toru-tola Vacation
Bruce and I took our first vacation together in 2003. I painstakingly surfed the web trying to select the perfect destination and accomdations. This falls into the you couldnt write this stuff category.

They say that a true test of a good relationship is surviving building a house together...for the record, I'm in an excellent relationship. There were days I wondered why I ever thought it would be fun to build a place from the ground up, then of course there was move in day which was more like every holiday you get a present on rolled up into one as each new thing fit into place. Here's our little piece of paradise on the lake.

Allen M. Rudolph
A little space just for my dad. The geek in me came straight from him - and for that I will forever be grateful.
